While you can enjoy seamless asset tracking on any of our subscriptions, your organization may not need all the integrations and special features that our Business and Corporate plans provide. If you want a low-cost, no-frills option to manage your assets with simplicity, BlueTally's Core plan may be right for you.
The Pricing page on our website has an overview of which features are available on each subscription. Generally speaking, though, the Core plan will allow you to manage up to 250 assets on your account with the majority of our third-party integrations.
At this reduced price, our Starter plan subscribers will still get to take advantage of vital services and features to set them up for success:
Up to 250 Assets
If you are a smaller company with 250 devices or fewer, then our Core subscription will be a great fit for you. If you anticipate that your inventory may grow beyond that over time, you're always free to upgrade to the Business plan to accommodate that, but the Core plan is always a great place to start.
Unlimited Users
Unlike devices, you are entitled to an unlimited number of account users beginning with our Core plan. Whereas other platforms may only allow you a fixed number of users on their lowest-priced plan, you can add as many account users as you need. There is no need to pay extra just so more of your colleagues can have login credentials to your company's BlueTally account.
Device Sync (MDM) Integrations
If your organization uses any of the MDMs seen on our Integrations page, you can configure these integrations to automatically add and assign new devices from your Intune, Autopilot, Jamf Pro, Jamf School, or Iru instance directly to your BlueTally account.
The systems will sync every ten minutes, carrying over any changes from your MDM to BlueTally to streamline asset management. It will even keep track of which devices have been assigned to which employees.
Employee Sync (SCIM)
Sync your employees from Entra, Okta, or OneLogin to BlueTally using SCIM to increase your efficiency. These integrations will populate your employee directory from any of these identity providers and routinely sync the data to keep your employee data consistent across platforms.

Warranty Sync
BlueTally currently offers warranty integrations with Dell and Lenovo devices. Once you enable one or both of these integrations, BlueTally can fetch detailed warranty coverage information directly from the manufacturer's database for any Dell or Lenovo device.

Teams & Slack Notifications
If your organization uses Microsoft Teams or Slack for internal communications, you can integrate these platforms with BlueTally to receive important platform notifications directly to a Teams or Slack channel. These notifications include when assets are due back, upcoming asset audits, when warranties are set to expire, and more.
Chat & Email Support
As a paid subscriber, our customer success team is here to support you, answer your questions, and troubleshoot any difficulties you may encounter using BlueTally. You may contact them via email at [email protected] or by using the chat feature in our blue Intercom widget.
This widget will appear in the lower right-hand corner of any screen on your BlueTally account or any time you visit our website while logged into your instance.
Asset Tag Printing
While it isn't directly mentioned on our Pricing page, there are a few additional integrations we offer at all subscription levels. These include the printing integrations with Avery Sticker Sheets and Brother Label Printers, so you can print high-quality asset tags using our system-generated QR codes.

Import Inventory Data via Excel
Similar to our printer integrations, our Excel import feature listed on the Integrations page is also available on all subscription tiers.
If you don't use MDMs or the other software with which we integrate to seamlessly sync your data, our platform's Import feature lets you upload Excel spreadsheets full of your organization's inventory information. This will save you time from having to manually add every single piece of equipment one by one.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I pay for the Core subscription?
We can only accept credit or debit card payments for the Starter plan. If you need to pay via invoicing or bank transfer/ACH, please consider subscribing to our Corporate plan.
Is License Intelligence available on the Core subscription?
Yes, but as a separate add-on. The License Intelligence integration can be added to any subscription we offer for an additional cost. You can access it from the Billing page of your BlueTally account, or by visiting the Subscription Report page found under the Reports tab in your navigation bar.
