Should I subscribe to the Corporate plan?

Learn more about the features exclusive to the BlueTally Corporate subscription

While you can enjoy seamless asset tracking on any of our subscriptions, your business's needs may require more features than our Core and Business subscriptions can provide.

You can always view our Pricing page to see which features are available on each subscription. Generally speaking, though, the Business plan will provide you with the majority of our integrations to allow you to sync data from your MDMs, identity providers, warranty data, and more. By contrast, the Corporate plan gives you the same features as the Business plan, as well as these additional capabilities:

Internal Multi-Tenancy

If you manage assets and other equipment for more clients beyond your own organization, separating your BlueTally account into individual tenants allows you to manage them more effectively while only having to pay for one subscription.

When you subscribe to the Corporate plan, the subscription automatically gives you access to a main tenant and five sub-tenants you can add at no extra cost. You are welcome to add more sub-tenants beyond the initial five for $19/month per additional sub-tenant.

Please read our Knowledge Base article on multi-tenancy to learn more about how to use this feature effectively.

Employee Portal

You can allow all of your employees to log in through a unique permission level called My Items and My Direct Reports. This provides your account users with a dedicated, restricted view where they can only see a list of the assets assigned to them. Additionally, if the account user in question manages other employees at your organization, this permission will let them see their direct reports and all items assigned to the employees who report to them.

These users will only have read-only access to this data. Please read the Knowledge Base article on this permission level to learn more. This feature can be especially useful if you want to take advantage of self-auditing.

Employee Self-Audits

Our general auditing feature is available on all of our subscriptions. However, audits by default can only be performed by an account user with the Manager or Administrator permission level. With self-auditing, you can let employees perform audits on assets currently assigned to them right from their My Items & Direct Reports Items view.

More details on how to use Self-Audits can be found in the Self-Auditing section of the Asset Audits article in our Knowledge Base.

Webhooks

This feature allows you to send real-time webhook updates to any external system whenever important events occur in your inventory to seamlessly automate and integrate with your existing services and workflows.

Visit our Developer Hub to see a full range of the webhooks you can enable within your BlueTally Corporate account.

Pay by invoice

If you choose annual billing when signing up for your subscription, Corporate users can pay via invoice, ACH transfers, SWIFT transfers, and purchase orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is License Intelligence available on the Corporate subscription?

Yes, but as a separate add-on. The License Intelligence integration can be added to any subscription we offer for an additional cost. You can access it from the Billing page of your BlueTally account, or by visiting the Subscription Report page found under the Reports tab in your navigation bar.

Can I pay for the Corporate plan via check?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot take checks as payment for the Corporate plan or any other subscription BlueTally offers. We accept payment with invoicing via bank/wire transfer (ACH and SWIFT), we can issue invoices to purchase orders, and you are even welcome to pay for the subscription via credit or debit card if you prefer.
